Gorilla Snot

There are times when I just love having a camera handy...
I was taking pictures of Amari on the front porch and Katurah was not happy about it! She throws the best fits ever. She is still working on her walking and taking steps like crazy. She has started talking or babbling a ton. I love her little voice and all the happy inflections in it. This morning we were laying in bed and she took her pacifier out and shoved it into my mouth, so sweet to share with me.
Pantera is "part girly girl and part Tom-Boy" on this day she got a pretty new dress so she picked to be a girly girl. Anytime she wants to dress up a little bit I am on board, so she got her hair done "like prom" and felt extra gorgeous for school that day. It's a good thing because then she got her big wrist injury and life just hasn't been the same since...wink, wink. She fell and hurt it last Saturday, then at school she fell again. By the time she got home from school it was a little swollen so we had to wrap it with an ace bandage. Pantera is just a bit of a drama queen and that is all she talked about all night. You could tell she was really excited to go to school with the bandage on for attention. When she got home that day her ace bandage was full of signatures of her classmates....yes, she had kids in her class sign her fake cast. The only bad thing is now she is old enough to know when I am laughing at her.
 Speaking of laughter...
This little girl is so darn funny! I don't know how so much personality is packed into one tiny body. She is a major copycat and loves to do whatever Pantera is doing. She loves to talk about choices and whether or not they will make you happy, then she excitedly tells you "That's Holy Ghost!" She was going to be Lightning McQueen for Halloween (Now she's going as Rainbow Dash) and she told me "My caw-toon have lenticular eyes, please!" Sometimes cars have moving or lenticular eyes and that's what she wanted...I'm just not that good.
The other morning I did her hair then she spent several minutes fussing with this little polar bear's hair. She happily brought him to me and held him up next to her and said "LOOK WINS!" (Look twins!). Amari don't ever change.

Zeke can now tell you each letter in the alphabet and their sounds. He picks up on things crazy fast when he is interested in them. I hope he takes and interest in potty training one of these days...just a thought Zekie, no pressure. We broke down and bought another bunk bed, Zeke is officially in his own room and has had no issue with that. We hung up several Cars posters and he is so proud to show them off.
I bought Gorilla Snot at Wal-Mart to try on Zeke's hair...IT...IS...AWESOME!!! It held his hair in place OVERNIGHT! Then you can reactivate it with a little bit of water. And the best part was it cost a whopping $2.98 and will last FOREVER. I might by a couple more for a lifetime supply.

 Jsut for fun...
He's begging you to call the ASPCA. He was cold.
