Clay

We've had a really rough couple of weeks with this cute little girl. She had an ear infection and just wasn't feeling good. I can't believe how crabby one kid can be. She would literally scream everytime I put her down. On a positive note, my right arm is incredibly ripped now.
Luckily she is feeling alot better. Good enough to stay awake during naptime and tickle Zeke, causing him not to nap. I wanted to sleep so bad, but I have to admit it was so cute watching her tackle him and tickle!
Pantera has been really into art lately. She spent over an hour sculpting yesterday. When someone asked if she was playing with playdough she replied "It's clay." Duh! on our way home from church she says "I'm gonna put hand sanitizer on my nuts." Jess and I look at each other "EXCUSE ME?!?" "My nuts. They're dirty, they need hand sanitizer." I look back and she is holding seeds covered in hand sanitizer...sometimes it's hard not to laugh.
I need some pics of Zeke, but he's a man on the go. He is currently obsessed with Megamind and likes to go around the house saying it really slowly. He also thinks he is a professional dancer. He loves having his Papa at his house everyday. Sometimes I wish I was Papa to get the greeting he does. I think the little man is coming out of his shell a little.

Sixty bucks

Yesterday was a BIG day in our house. It all started when Pantera was eating breakfast and informed me her tooth was loose. A couple of pulls later and she was the proudest kid on the planet! That's all she talked about yesterday, so of course I have some pretty great quotes. Such as "Can we please keep my tooth? I want to give it to my kids, so they can give it to their kids. They will pass it down to generation, to generation." When Jess asked her how much the tooth fairy is supposed to leave these days she replied "Sixty bucks and leave the tooth."

I went to the thrift store yesterday and got some super sweet deals. I got her this dress ($3) and she was showing me how well it could twirl before school today. I couldn't help but snap a few pics. I love this little girl!

Boys, boys, boys!

Pantera has been talking about a boy in her class named Parker alot lately. She told me today "I think Parker is the one I am going to marry! He is so nice to me. So nice, I almost cried." Then she was talking about "Necklace" and I asked if she remembered when they were in love. She gets a really goofy look on her face and says "We still are in love, it's secret love! Did you see us hug at Josh's birthday party?" I then asked "What about Parker, I thought he was your boyfriend?" She replies "I have three boyfriends, Nicholas, Parker, and Josh-he has an ANT FARM!" I guess an ant farm is the kindergarten equivalent of a really nice car. We are in SO MUCH TROUBLE!!!

Ms. Amari is 10 months old today!!! She can scoot herself across the room and is starting to cruise on furniture. She is such cute little stinker!
Do you not want to just eat her?!?

Rainbows and Pandas and Buzz oh my!

Zeke has spent alot of time flipping through the Ensign this past week. I thought it was really funny that he goes for that instead of the Friend (which he gives to Amari and she chews it). Then this morning, while looking at it, he screams "Buh-Eye Ear!" which of course is Zeke for Buzz Lightyear. Sure enough page 66 has a drawing of a little boy with a Buzz doll and here I thought he was reading for the doctrine!
Pantera was really upset yesterday because Nicholas said Transformers was more important than Jesus. I think it is officially over between them, religious differences. Last night she was sleep walking and she tried to drink out of a toy car, it was HILARIOUS!
Random rainbow the other day...

"Mom, can I dress up like a panda and you paint my face and we will take pictures?" I wasn't to excited about this, so she got to edit them herself. But "Good news, my face is already white, so you don't even have to paint that part!"Amari, Amari, who never sleeps. Ok maybe just not at night. It is 10 am and she is snuggled up in bed as I type. She was up so much last night. She has started shaking her head and saying no when she doesn't want something, so cute!
