Trouble in Paradise
Yesterday Pantera informed me she had some very bad news. "Nicholas colored on my paper and when I told on him, he told the teacher I colored on his paper! He told me if I ever tell on him again, that he will just tell on me and make up lies." I told her to hang out with other kids and she said that she tries to but he wont leave her alone. So I wrote the teacher a little note, poor thing!
I went prop hunting yesterday and came home with this cute zebra tray. My cousin and I were just talking about hot pink and zebra so I couldn't resist. So I took some pics, edited, and had them on my wall before Jess got home. Thank goodness for little Amari always willing to be my model! Can you believe she is sitting up already?!?

The cutest 2 year old I know!

He was taking a picture...
The teenage girls in our ward have pretty much all told me they wish he was older, as in prom date older lol!

Zeke is 2!!! But if you ask him he will tell you "Poe" which is Zeke for 4. Actually if YOU were to ask him, he would most likely bury his head in my legs and try not to look at you. My dear sweet little boy is SO shy! I just love this hilarious little stud muffin. Shy and super cute, just like his Daddy.

Kissing
Zeke and Amari tend to hold hands in their sleep...
Pictures from the backyard today...
She is such a doll! Although the past couple of days she has been pretty fussy whenever I am trying to get ANYTHING done! It could have something to do with her first tooth popping through earlier this week. She might be the best teether ever!

It could have something to do with her first tooth popping through earlier this week. She might be the best teether ever!Zeke has been wanting to me to sing him songs non-stop. He will tell me what he wants to hear and sometimes I can figure it out. His favorites are all of the songs from Dora and Mickey Mouse Club. When listening to Mickey Mouse club Zeke runs around the room in circles yelling "Donald Duck!" Over and over again. He throws more fits by the day, can anyone say 2?!?
Pantera is doing good in school. She had a note sent home last week, I guess she got busted kissing "Necklace" and the teacher had to tell her only "Hugs and High Fives." She was so embarrassed when I talked to her about it. She promised me no more kissing...yikes

Love is a funny thing
We had quite the day at church yesterday. Jess was on nights so he was home sleeping. It was my first day in Primary and I got to do Sharing Time. We couldn't track down a nursery closet key so Zeke wouldn't stay put. Once we did find one, Zeke figured out how to open the nursery door and ran down the hallway. So there I am with 3 crazy kids attempting to teach sharing time. Zeke was all over the place and when it was almost time to go and I am trying to iron out the details for the primary program, Pantera pees her pants all over the floor. Good times. Thank goodness for Rita and Chanie, I don't think I would have made it otherwise! Needless to say the new calling should be interesting.

This guy has been driving me nuts! He is almost 2 and totally acting like it. There have been moments with him the past couple of weeks that I have been so overwhelmed, and I wonder why I would even consider having any more children. Then there are moments like last night...

Amari was having tummy time in the living room while I did the dishes and the kids watched a movie downstairs. I hear little Zekie feet walking up the stairs. Then I hear a plop on the floor and hope he didn't hurt his little sister. Before I make it to check, I hear baby giggles. I peek around the corner and see Zeke on his tummy across from Amari talking and playing with her. He kept saying "My baby, oh! My baby, ohhh!" My heart melts and the whole day is now humorous. I do love that boy.

5 months!
Where did the last 5 months go? I can't believe my baby is getting so big. She still has no desire to roll over, but is becoming a pro at using her hands. She loves graham crackers, oatmeal, and carrots...oh and nursing. Amari wants someone looking at her and talking to her ALL THE TIME! Although last night she slept while I painted her portrait, if it's of her it must be worth it right? I just love this little girl.

Necklace

The second day of kindergarten was very eventful! "There is a boy named Michael and he had to sit in the 'think about it chair', like 3 times! And Natalie is hilarious, she said 'that took 20 hundred minutes' after rest time. I cracked up!" And then there is "Necklace" I am assuming his parents actually named him Nicholas, but if he had his way Pantera would be Mrs. Necklace. That's right my friends, love is a brewin' Ms.K's class! Apparently Necklace wants to sit by her everytime and he always says "I love you" and wants her to say she loves him. But she thinks she might want to sit by other people. Don't get me wrong he's a really great guy "he never goes to the Principal's office and not even the 'think about it' chair!" She is so crazy about school, I love it.
