Back in the saddle again

The days of kids playing quietly or just being content to read books in a closet are gone, well for the summer at least. Yes, Pantera is out of school and in need of as much attention as ever. Her last day was Friday and that was pretty drama filled. They sent her home with a disc of pictures to music, which she watched over and over and over. Then she was crying in her bed that night because she is going to miss Miss K so bad. Pantera LOVED kindergarten.
Before school got out, they had the Olympics. Pantera's class represented France. So all I heard for 3 weeks was "Bonjour Madaam" and "Frere Jacques" because that's all they say in France. I couldn't stay for the whole day but I guess Pantera got first place in everything out of the whole school (at least that's what she told me).

Amari loves giving the cat treats. And no she is not eating one, that is an otter pop. She has spent the past week trying to learn to ride him. I think cats are kind of tricky to saddle, but she is making progress and if she can't, she puts him in a headlock....she really does! Funny thing is the cat just sits there and lets her.

We have to figure out something with my Zekie boy. If anyone talks to him at church, he screams "No!" then wants me to hold him. Until nursery then he is great. I don't get it, we go every week and it is just getting worse. He is really a great kid, to bad he won't talk to anyone.
