Monkey Dee

This is a really bad picture of Zeke, but I just love how happy Amari is that he is next to her. He woke her up from her nap today with slobbery kisses, I just watched. How could I tell him no?

Our cat thinks he is a world class hunter. I have caught him with 2 chipmunks this week alone. I managed to save them both by shaking his cat treats and distracting him. Today when I was shaking the pounce, another cat came running into the yard. Pantera said "Quick, should I scare it or pet it?" I told her to leave it alone, but being my daughter she took a step towards it and it hissed, she said "I knew it had rabies." 1. why would you walk towards it if you think it is rabid? 2. of course that is the ONLY reason a cat would ever hiss at you.

Zeke was doing something he wasn't supposed to do today (what's new?). Pantera was mad at me about something and when I asked Zeke why he was doing whatever he was doing she says in a really snotty voice "Monkey dee, monkey do." She is so tough, she doesn't even have to get the quote right!
