Amish

We had such a great week! My dad and my younger sister came out to visit us from Arizona. My dad's family are from out this way, it was really interesting to see all of the headstones with my maiden name on them! And little did I know, my brother Jake has been buried like 5 times!!! Ok, there were just alot of men in our family line with the same name, but it is still weird to see your living little brothers name on a headstone! One of the highlights of the trip was Pantera's monologue about boogers (not for the weak of stomach!) it went a little like this:
"I love boogers. They are just so sticky and soft. They taste like chocolate chips, slimy chocolate chips." She is so gross!!! I am so excited to tell her boyfriends about this!

I also got to see my first Amish person! It was so cool! I wish I could be more self-reliant like them, they are such a neat group of people. We went into a couple Amish markets, they had the best deals on there spices. I bought Tera a hand carved toy horse, she kept telling everyone that she got it "at a Amish yard sale." The only downside to the Amish community was no Hannah Montana. Luckily Pantera did several concerts for us when we got home. She forced my sister to dress up and called her "Lily" almost the entire trip. My dad got some pretty sweet footage of Tera "Rocking out" as she likes to call it. I am so glad we got to see them, but it went by way to fast! I will post more pics later!
