Wild Horses

The other day Pantera and I were at Meredith's house and she lost her shoes. After her telling me a couple of times "I found them" and holding up random objects and me going up and down the stairs, I was getting rather frustrated. Pantera asks me "Are you mad at me?" I said "No, I am not mad but I am sick of looking all over for your stuff. It isn't easy for me to go up and down the stairs I am big and pregnant and it hurts my body." She looked at me and said in the exact same tone I would use "That's just to bad. You still have to." Just when I thought she didn't listen to me...then she went to time out.

A couple months back she was looking for her sippy cup (she calls it a juicy cup). She was getting upset because she couldn't find it and I wasn't helping her. She walks into our bedroom and under her breath says "Where the hell's my juicy cup?!?" How do you keep a straight face after that? She really must listen better then I give her credit for and now I can't say hell either.

All of our things are on their way to Pennsylvania in the truck right now, this includes Jess and Humper. Jess thinks Humper hates him because the truck is bumpy and he keeps looking at him through the cage. If you know Jess you know that he usually jumps to the conclusion that people hate him because they look at him...an animal, this truly is a new paranoid low. Jess, if you read this I assure you that Humper has nothing but the utmost affection for you!

Pantera checked out a book at the library called "The girl who loved wild horses." It is about a Navajo girl who loves wild horses so much that she eventually morphs into one. I know we have some Soiux background and I know Meredith morphs from time to time (this is why she avoids alcohol, it has nothing to do with religious beliefs). I wonder if I should be scared for Pantera, she already has so many of the characteristics...

LOL!!! Yeah it's bad when you hear something come out of their mouth and you know exactly where it came from. I hear "What the heck?" from Alexandra all the time. And lately she's been calling everybody "Goober", which is what I call her when she's dorking around. But when she hollers it at some little girl (that she doesn't know) at the pool - yeah just a little embarrassing.
