Last night the topic of our hospital stay was brought up somehow at our house. This was very disturbing to Pantera. I explained to her that she would go and spend the night at her friend Lexi's house, while Jess and I went to the hospital to have Ezekiel. She was very upset and said "I don't want to live with Lexi!" I explained again that it would just be for a night and that we would pick her up as soon as baby Ezekiel was here. She then said "I want the Grandma with the white hair to stay with me!" (This would be Jess' mom) I said that we could arrange to get her a plane ticket so she could, then Pantera started crying "But I want to stay at Lexi's house!" Man I hope boys are not this dramatic! But just in case she is really worried about this, I picked up 2 books about what happens when a new baby is going to come.
Lately Pantera has become quite the Daddy's girl. The other morning I was going to make pancakes and offered her some she quickly told me no. Then asked "Is daddy having pancakes?" He was. "I want pancakes too!" Whatever. Not only does she want to pick up on his eating habits, she has made it her goal in life to combine forces with him in teasing me...not good! As most of you know, I am a big cry baby. I have cried many times while reading her the friend before bed. At first this really upset her and she would hug me and tell me it was ok. The past week or so she has been picking stories that she knows will make me cry. She asks about once a paragraph "Are you crying mom?" Then she and Jess laugh at me.

Hey Hammonds,
This is Brian Goodman and I called out to Washington PA to let them know that you guys are moving out. They guy I called is now the Bishop. They are a great family and thier names are Matt and JoAnn North. He is a teacher and they took good care of me while I was out there. He told me to give you his number, it is 724.554.3434.
I asked him who the RS president is and I did not know them but her husband has something to do with nat. gas and they moved to PA from Colorado not to long ago.
Good luck with everything. It was good to read up on how things are going for you guys. I crack up reading what your little girl say's. Take care and feel free to call if we can help out. The folks in the Washington Ward are great!
I just love your crazy stories.
p.s are you guys planning on keeping your mobile #'s the same!!
Savannah,
Dallas was way easier than the girls and not dramatic at all. My boy seems to have always been closer to me. I love all the great stories of your life. And as far as the crying I do it all the time and get made fun of. Hang in there! Hugs, Bobbi Jo
"Grandma with the white hair" my butt! I'll remember that the next time she tries to kiss up to me. LOL!
